Tudorel (or Ted as he is usually known) is in charge of the kitchen. Ted arrived in Ireland in 2012 at the tender age of 18, working in bars, gathering wine knowledge, and pursuing a WSET Level 2 training.
He has worked and learned from many great chefs in kitchens such as Mourne Seafood, Fallon & Byrne, Marcel’s, Bijou Bistro, Cleaver East, and a quick stint in Chapter One. He took over as Head Chef in The Green Hen on Exchequer Street showcasing classic French cuisine, then went on to work with Stephen Gibson in Pichet.
From Pichet, he moved to the superb Mister S where he excelled at smoking and open-fire cooking. We are delighted and excited to showcase his cooking at Lottie’s.
